These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Revive Bros website (revivebros.com) and any related services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Revive Bros LLC provides interior painting, exterior painting, pressure washing, and related home services throughout New Jersey and in select areas of Pennsylvania. All estimates are free and non-binding until a written agreement is signed.
2. Estimates & Quotes
Estimates are based on the information you provide and, when applicable, an on-site walkthrough. Final pricing may vary if project scope or conditions differ from what was originally described.
3. Scheduling & Cancellation
Projects are scheduled in the order they are booked. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start.
4. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in your written service agreement. We accept common forms of payment as specified at the time of booking.
5. Workmanship Warranty
Any workmanship commitment on a project is stated in the written estimate or agreement for that project. Manufacturer warranties on materials apply separately and are provided by the manufacturer. Damage caused by acts of nature, misuse, or third parties is not covered.
6. Website Content
All website content — text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Revive Bros LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revive Bros LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or its content.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of New Jersey.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site indicates your acceptance of any changes.
